The Role Operational: - Manage the Evidence-Based Training (EBT) programme for flight crew and develop necessary training courses-material in coordination with related training managers. - Ensure appropriate level of execution towards competency-based analysis and testing of flight crew as required by regulatory authority. - Liaise with the Sr. Manager – Crew Training (SMCT) and training Managers to develop relevant training program to meet training objectives - Be fully conversant with Oman authority and other authority’s rules and regulations, related to EBT and modern training methods and procedures. - Ensure the development, updates and custody of the associated training manuals and material - Maintain an updated list of all fleet training material - Coordinate with related managers and providers to ensure proper fidelity of simulators associated with the objectives of EBT. - Monitor and update in conjunction with related managers and providers EBT related line-training activities appropriately planned, executed and data collected. - in conjunction with all related stakeholder, review and support in setting the appropriate format of training courses and evaluation-checking procedures - Ensure training data collection and reports on individual fleet performance and execute appropriate workshop for related training managers and applicable auditors in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. - Conduct-Participate in all related regular training workshops and planned audits as related to standardize procedures, consistent with organization objectives. - Ensure that fleet instructors are up to date with information pertaining to EBT domain, procedures and best practices in coordination with the related managers; ensure updation of training records and associated forms. - Review the contents of Operations Manual, Part-D and suggest changes to SMCT where necessary in-line with related regulations. - Assist SMCT in selection of Training Captains and Examiners and in the preparation of the section related budget. - Participate when required in the associated Training boards and meetings. - Actively participate in the FLT OPS meetings and action groups when necessary. - Be responsible for such other related tasks as may be defined and notified by SMCT-VPFO. Requirements ATPL with an experience of Commander time of 2500 flight hours (Class A Aeeroplane1) having 08 years of airline experience in CAR OPS 1(EASA OPS).
